4. Offerings and Usage

4.1 Premium AI Device Installation Services

Our installation services include on-site setup and configuration of AI lifestyle devices. Clients may request a reschedule by contacting us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Custom installations involve tailored hardware or software adjustments and are final; this policy supports the allocation of specialized personnel and resources.

4.2 Digital Info Products

Info products include downloadable guides, training modules, and virtual workshops. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. All materials remain the property of Aiventra and are licensed for personal use only.

4.3 Physical Devices and Accessories

Goods consist of AI-enabled lifestyle devices, peripherals, and related accessories. Products are shipped from our Zurich facility.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. The following outlines how we process refunds or credits for each category:

5.1 Services

If you cancel a consultation or standard installation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, the original payment will be processed back to your payment method within 10 business days. Rescheduling is available upon request. For custom installations, no credit is issued due to the bespoke nature of the work and the assignment of dedicated experts.

5.2 Digital Info Products

Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full credit. After this period, no credit is available, as access to digital content is granted immediately and cannot be revoked.

5.3 Physical Devices and Accessories

If you notify us within 30 days of receipt, items in original, unopened condition can be sent back for evaluation. Once received and inspected, the purchase amount, less any shipping charges, will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. Products showing signs of use or missing parts are not eligible for credit.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, duplicate, or distribute our products or digital materials, or to use them in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Liability

Aiventra’s liability for any claim arising from these services or goods is limited to the amount actually paid by the user.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved in Zurich courts.
